What counts as a "system"?

A system is any API, database, or data source you connect to superglue — for example, Salesforce, a PostgreSQL database, SAP, or a custom REST endpoint. Each distinct service counts as one system. If you're unsure how your stack maps, we're happy to walk through it.
Can superglue run inside our own infrastructure?

Yes. The open-source version is fully self-hosted. Enterprise customers get dedicated VPC or on-prem deployment with EU data residency and no data leaving your perimeter. This is a hard requirement for most regulated industries we work with — it's designed in, not an afterthought.
What is the Agent Activity Ledger?

The Agent Activity Ledger is superglue's audit infrastructure — a tamper-evident log of every tool call an AI agent makes, including which system was accessed, what data was read or written, and by which agent. It's designed to satisfy compliance and governance requirements in regulated industries.
How long does a POC take?

We typically scope and deliver a working POC in 2–5 days. We define the integration scope together (you pick the systems), and we handle the delivery. Most enterprise POCs use real production systems so you see actual results, not demo data.
How is Enterprise pricing structured?

Enterprise pricing is typically based on the number of connected systems, with annual licensing. We offer a reseller model for consulting and accounting firms. Get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote — most deals are scoped in one conversation.
How does superglue differ from Workato, Boomi, or n8n?

Legacy iPaaS tools like Workato and Boomi were built for human-operated workflows, not AI agents. superglue is natural-language first, generates integration schemas automatically, and adds a governance layer (credential management, audit trails, access control) that agent workflows require. n8n is a good open-source alternative for simple workflows; superglue is built for the complexity of enterprise systems.
